These terms govern your use of the TrophyTrail mobile application ("the App") operated by Iulian Dafinoiu ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these terms.
TrophyTrail is a progress tracking app that lets you create visual trails, record entries, and reach milestones. It runs entirely on your device. There are no user accounts, no sign-in, and no cloud service. The App is free to use with up to 3 trails; a single optional one-time purchase unlocks the rest.
TrophyTrail is intended for children and is meant to be used under the supervision of a parent or guardian. If you are the parent or guardian, you accept these terms on behalf of the child who uses the App, and you are responsible for supervising that use.
A parental gate protects the in-app purchase, any link that opens outside the App, and the option to delete all data. The gate is an arithmetic challenge written out in words and answered with a typed number, so a child in the App's age band cannot pass it unaided. It is a supervision aid, not a security control, and it does not replace your device's own Screen Time and purchase restrictions.
You do not create an account to use TrophyTrail, and the App does not offer one. All data you create is stored locally on your device. See our Privacy Policy for details.

The exact set of features included in the unlock is described on the unlock screen in the App at the time of purchase, and may grow in later versions.
This is not a subscription. TrophyTrail sells exactly one in-app product: "Lifetime Premium", a non-consumable one-time purchase priced at USD 4.99 (the price shown in your local currency may differ, and taxes may apply). It does not auto-renew, it does not recur, and there is nothing to cancel. You will not be charged again.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the App on devices you own or control, for personal, non-commercial use, subject to these terms and to the App Store Terms of Service. We retain all rights in the App itself. This licence does not transfer ownership of any part of the App to you.
You retain full ownership of all content created in TrophyTrail, including trails, entries, drawings, photos, and notes. We claim no rights to it. Because that content never leaves your device, we do not receive it, host it, or need any licence to it.

We aim to keep TrophyTrail available and reliable, but we do not guarantee that it will be error free or available indefinitely. We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time. Because the App runs on your device and requires no service from us, an update or a discontinuation does not remove the data already on your device.
TrophyTrail is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
We are not responsible for data loss on your device. Because your data exists only on your device, we recommend using the built-in backup feature and your device's own backups regularly.
You may stop using TrophyTrail at any time by deleting the App, which removes the data it stored. There is no account to close and no subscription to cancel.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales. This does not deprive you of any protection given to you by mandatory consumer law in your country of residence.
